Marilyn Wilson created Dream Properties®, the brand, in 1989, and it subsequently captured the hearts and imagination of clients around the world.
The brand’s success lies in its ability to conjure up architectural dream lifestyles and as a result, Dream Properties® has become synonymous with the finest real estate available for sale in Canada’s capital, Ottawa.
Dream Properties® was launched in 1996 as one of the first real estate websites in Canada. The brand quickly gained momentum locally, nationally and internationally, culminating in Dream Properties® receiving a Canadian copyright in 2010.
That copyright led Marilyn to bring Christie’s International Real Estate to Ottawa in 2011 to enhance Dream Properties® global reach. With auction houses in New York, London, Beijing, Shanghai and Dubai and Christie’s International Real Estate offices worldwide, this was a perfect fit.

Marilyn’s milestone career sales include the eight highest-priced homes ever to sell in Ottawa, representing both buyers and sellers in all eight transactions.
